The Passage is seeking a dedicated postholder to help people access pre-employment support, design and deliver workshops, and run digital inclusion initiatives. You will engage clients through one-to-one sessions, group programmes, and partnerships to build transferable skills and confidence for sustainable employment.
You will work to KPIs, maintain accurate data, and participate in safeguarding and supervision activities while supporting diverse communities on their journey into work.
