Homeless Link is seeking a Service Co-Ordinator to lead operational delivery of the PATH service in Westminster. In this role, you will manage team members, ensure effective service delivery, and handle a small caseload of complex clients.
You must have experience working collaboratively to deliver person-centered services and possess a good understanding of homelessness issues. This role plays a critical part in supporting vulnerable individuals within the Hub.
