As a Housing And Support Assistant you will be a key point of contact for residents and visitors, playing an essential role in creating a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment. What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide a warm, professional and consistent experience for residents, visitors, and their support networks—making every interaction count.
- Thrive in a Varied, Hands-On Role: From handling calls, managing reception, coordinating repairs, and processing payments, to supporting day-to-day operations—this role keeps you engaged and motivated.
- Champion Safety and Wellbeing: Take on important responsibilities as a first aider and fire marshal, carrying out safety checks and ensuring a secure environment for all.
