As part of the National Workforce Programme funded by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, Homeless Link are creating a new digital homelessness workforce hub. The Hub will provide access to workforce data, learning pathways, qualifications and resources to support recruitment and retention in the Homelessness Sector. Our goal is to make working in homelessness an attractive career choice and achieve a highly skilled, professional, valued and stable workforce.
To support this work, we are looking to appoint a manager for the hub, to lead the end-to-end delivery of this Salesforce experience site. This will include the initial design, building, launch and continuous improvement of the hub. The post holder will be a member of the Data Systems Team but they will work closely with colleagues across Homeless Link and with our target audiences and other stakeholders. This role bridges the gap between digital strategy, technical configuration, and user experience.
The successful candidate will have experience of managing a database, website or online community, and building successful stakeholder relationships, along with a track record of end‑to‑end delivery of larger projects. Excellent project management, problem solving and communication skills are also essential.
We are actively seeking to increase diversity within our organisation and would greatly welcome applications from people with lived experience of homelessness, from a black or minority ethnic background and/or with a disability.
