CHESS Homeless is seeking a Wellbeing Support Worker to deliver holistic wellbeing programmes for rough sleepers.

You will collaborate with local agencies, assess needs and facilitate activities to improve mental and physical wellbeing, helping residents sustain accommodation.

The role involves building trust, liaising with partners, and recording outcomes to meet funding requirements. 37.5 hours weekly, with flexible rota.

A UK driving licence is required.
