The Rainbow Centre is seeking a diligent and empathetic Supported Housing Manager to manage the operations of our new 16‑bed supported housing project in Folkestone.
Responsibilities
- Property maintenance
- Administration
- Client relations
- Staff management and rota planning
- Ensuring a secure and supportive environment for clients
Reporting to the CEO and based primarily at the Supported Housing site, your role will involve working closely with the Homeless Support Service (HSS) Manager, building strong relationships with the HSS team and the wider organisation.
Working Hours
This is a flexible role offered on a 37.5 hours‑per‑week rota and may include evening, weekend and bank holiday hours.
