Job Title: Engagement Worker Location: MK40 2LL, Bedford Salary: £24,500 Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday. Hours vary between 08:00 – 16:00, 09:00 – 17:00, and 12:00 – 20:00 on a rota basis, including bank holidays as needed. About the role We are seeking an Engagement Worker for our residential service in Bedford, a 19-bed facility near Bedford Town Centre. The role involves supporting residents to increase independence by providing social contact, facilitating activities, assisting with appointments, and supporting life skills development.
