Job Title: Engagement Worker Location: MK40 2LL, Bedford Salary: £24,500 Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday. Hours vary between 08:00 – 16:00, 09:00 – 17:00, and 12:00 – 20:00 on a rota basis, including bank holidays as needed. About the role We are seeking an Engagement Worker for our residential service in Bedford, a 19-bed facility near Bedford Town Centre. The role involves supporting residents to increase independence by providing social contact, facilitating activities, assisting with appointments, and supporting life skills development. The work is varied and requires adaptability to meet the needs of residents. About you We value passion, empathy, and a commitment to helping others.
