Catching Lives is recruiting a Tenancy Sustainment & Community Progression Coordinator for our Canterbury day centre. You will support people moving from homelessness into accommodation and connect them with community activities, education, training and volunteering opportunities.
You will work with the Manager and Senior Project Worker to assess needs, provide practical guidance, and help clients settle into new communities with confidence.
