Shelter is recruiting a Specialist Debt Adviser to support client-facing debt advisers with complex cases and provide up-to-date guidance on debt regulation and policy. The role is home-based with occasional travel to Manchester, Birmingham or Sheffield.
You will handle phone and email enquiries, produce written and online resources, and help prioritise workloads while promoting user-focused debt advice across England and Wales.
