This post marks an exciting opportunity for someone experienced, skilled and compassionate to lead a team providing gold-standard support to some of the most vulnerable people in Cambridge. Jimmy’s 451 provides support and safe accommodation to 9 individuals with complex support needs arising from mental ill-health and substance dependency. Support workers take a slow and strengths-based approach to building meaningful relationships with residents to help them take their first steps towards recovery and independence.
As Team Leader, you will provide inspiring, skilled and supportive leadership to a dedicated team, helping them to achieve tangible positive outcomes for the individuals they support.

- A 30-minute interview with the Senior Leadership Team.
- A 30-minute informal conversation with current 451 Team Members and residents.
Please note – Although we are advertising this role as a full-time, 9-5 position, we welcome requests for part-time hours and/or flexible working. Please include any such requests in your covering letter.
