Job Description
We have ongoing job opportunies for a reliable and trustworthy Night Security Concierge to join our team in Manchester covering our Homeless Hostel Clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in a security or a concierge role and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming and professional presence to the residents of the Homeless Hostel.
- Monitor CCTV and respond to alarms
- Prevent breaches of security by unauthorised visitors
- Incident management and incident logging
- De-escalation of situations and conflict resolution
- Complete Daily Occurrence Log.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to the residents.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Support, Health and Social Care (Ideal not essential)
- Enhanced Child and Adult DBS or SIA Badge and Standard DBS
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Driving Licence and Own Vehicle
