As an experienced Domicilary Care Assistant, Support Worker, HCS or Home Carer with at least 2 years experience we are now offering Sponsorship . You'll be supporting older adults with their routines, providing reassurance and helping them feel safe at home.
Key Tasks
- P ersonal care (washing, toileting, dressing)
- Giving medication support and support with mobility
- Preparing light meals, drinks and snacks
- Offering companionship and conversation at the end of the day
- Recording simple care notes after each visit
- Taking clients out into the community for socialising or appointments
Ideal Candidate
Essential:
- A valid Category B driving license is a genuine occupational requirement for this role due to the need to travel between remote sites where public transport is unavailable.
- Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS
- Level 4 English and IT literate
Desirable:
- A desire to genuinely help other people and make a difference
- Resilient, reliable, proactive with a can-do attitude
