We're looking for a fun, dependable and flexible Care Professional to support one of our clients with companionship, social activities and getting out into the community.
Our client enjoys LEGO, films and days out , so we're looking for someone who can share their interests, encourage independence and, most importantly, build a genuine and trusting relationship.
What will the role involve?
You'll provide one‑to‑one support tailored around our client, which may include:
- Companionship and conversation
- Enjoying hobbies and activities together
- Watching films, Lego building and all things crafty!
- Going out for trips, activities and days out
- Supporting the client to access their local community
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Providing consistent and reliable support
