We are looking for a Care professional, with a compassionate heart who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Kensington and Chelsea.
As a Caregiver, you will be able to provide an environment where our clients can live as independent as possible in their own home with your support.
Responsibilities may include
- Companionship
- Accompanying your client to appointments or a visit to the shops
- Meal preparation and light housework
- Building strong professional relationships
- Assistance with personal care and taking medications
What does being a Caregiver involve?
- Minimum 1-hour visits
- Introductions to all new clients
- Caregivers matched to clients based on hobbies and interests.
- Visiting the same Clients for continuity of care and to allow you to build meaningful relationships
