We are looking for a Care professional, with a compassionate heart who wants to make a true difference in the quality of life of our clients to join our team in Kensington and Chelsea.
As a Caregiver, you will be able to provide an environment where our clients can live as independently as possible in their own homes with your support.
Responsibilities may include
- Companionship
- Accompanying your client to appointments or a visit to the shops
- Meal preparation and light housework
- Building strong professional relationships
- Assistance with personal care and taking medications
- Daily exercise
- Support clients to get ready for the day
What does being a Caregiver involve?
- Minimum 1- hour visits
- Shadowing before care starts with trainned care professional
- Introductions to all new clients
- Caregivers matched clients based on hobbies and interests.
- Visiting the same Clients for continuity of care and to allow you to build meaningful relationships
