Home Instead Calderdale is looking for a dedicated Female Care Professional to join our friendly and supportive team, providing high-quality care to older adults in their own homes.
We support clients across Brighouse, Halifax, Todmorden, Huddersfield, Bradford and surrounding areas , so we're looking for carers who are happy to travel within our local community.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Care Assistant, you will support clients with a range of non-medical care, including:
- Personal care
- Companionship
- Meal preparation
- Medication support
- Light housekeeping
- Shopping and errands
- Accompanying clients to appointments or social outings
Working Hours
We are looking for a part-time Care Assistant
Weekend Availability
All Care Assistants are required to work alternate weekends .
Weekend availability must cover 7:00am to 10:00pm .
We'll work with you to create a schedule that works for both you and our clients.
What We're Looking For
No previous care experience is required - we'll provide full training. We're looking for people with the right values who are kind, reliable, compassionate and passionate about helping others .
You will need:
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Excellent communication skills
- A caring, professional attitude
- The right to work in the UK
- Availability to work alternate weekends
