Another job we can’t help being so excited to be working on. We\’re looking for a brilliant Sous Chef to be a part of the opening team for this new site in the heart of East London – this neighbourhood is full of the very best hospitality businesses, and so this is a great opportunity to be a part of this growing group whose ethos is all about celebrating and supporting their people – lots of room for progression.

The fit out is super vibrant and fun which matches the concept perfectly! The open kitchen has all the kit – a dream place to be serving out delicious food. The offering covers the lunch time hustle with a more intimate , equally buzzy setting too. Think steamy windows, and a real comfort food arm to the menu as well as a more exciting and refined offering, still relaxed though.

A love for seasonal, beautiful ingredients and building meaningful relationships with suppliers is a must – as is being a creative chef, capable of inspiring & managing shifts and supporting the HC – the kitchen team will be around 8 people.

They\’ll be open for lunch & dinner Wednesday – Saturday with the intention of adding on a day or two later down the line.
