We are seeking a RICS-qualified Building Surveyor to support a growing pipeline of projects on a contract basis, with a specific requirement for Friday and Saturday availability. This role is ideally suited to a surveyor currently in a permanent role or running their own practice who is looking to take on high-quality project work, with the potential for a full-time position to become available based on paid project performance.
You will work across a varied portfolio including high-value listed buildings and premium new-build developments.
Scope of Work- Building surveys and inspections
- Condition reports and defect analysis
- Technical advice on heritage and listed buildings
- Surveying input on high-end residential new builds
- Liaison with clients, consultants, and contractors
- MRICS / FRICS Building Surveyor

- Professional indemnity insurance in place (or ability to obtain)
