We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our leadership team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks and contributing to the overall efficiency of the office.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments.
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging logistics.
- Handle correspondence, prepare presentations, and draft reports.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and documents.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform general office duties and support special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
