The successful candidate will lead and coordinate our provision for pupils with SEND, working collaboratively with staff, families, and external specialists to ensure that support is both impactful and empowering. In addition, the role will include leading and delivering ELSA provision, supporting pupils' emotional literacy, wellbeing, and social development across the school.
