We are seeking an experienced and passionate Therapy Manager to lead our multidisciplinary therapy team within a specialist college setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape high-quality, person-centred support for learners with complex needs, ensuring therapy provision is fully integrated into education and enables every learner to thrive. You will provide strong operational leadership across a range of disciplines, promoting a collaborative, reflective and evidence-based culture, while maintaining high standards of clinical governance and safeguarding. Working closely with curriculum teams and external partners, you will play a key role in driving positive outcomes and inclusive practice across the organisation.
