We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to lead the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of our College's estates, facilities, transport, health & safety, and sustainability services. This pivotal role ensures our students and staff benefit from high-quality, inclusive, and well-maintained learning environments.
As part of the Estates team, you will manage key contracts, oversee maintenance and site safety, lead on transport compliance, and drive sustainability initiatives across the College. With strong leadership responsibilities, you will guide a multi-disciplinary operations team and contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement.
