We are seeking a passionate and motivated Job Coach to support our students in developing the skills, confidence, and independence needed to succeed in the workplace. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with students on supported work placements, providing personalised, on-site coaching and gradually promoting independence as they progress. You will play a key part in building positive relationships with employers, ensuring placements are meaningful, well-structured, and aligned to each student's individual goals and EHCP outcomes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to inclusive practice and wants to make a real difference in helping young people with additional needs move towards sustainable employment and adulthood.
