About the Role
As a Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of care services by:
- Coordinating care schedules and staff rotas
- Matching carers to clients based on needs and preferences
- Maintaining accurate records and compliance requirements
- Liaising with clients, families, care staff, and healthcare professionals
- Responding to changes in care requirements and operational needs
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of care staff
- Ensuring high standards of care and customer service are maintained
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a care coordination, scheduling, or care management role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Good IT skills and experience using rota or care management systems
- A positive, flexible, and team-focused approach
- Knowledge of the care sector and CQC requirements is desirable
