Homecarers Care Services is expanding its domiciliary care services across Manchester and Tameside, and we are looking for dedicated, compassionate Care Assistants to join our growing team. As a Care Assistant, you will deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Your support will help service users maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life, allowing them to remain safely in familiar surroundings.
About the Role
- Deliver personalised care and support in service users’ homes
- Assist with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and daily living tasks
- Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times
- Build positive, trusting relationships with service users and their families
What We’re Looking For
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed individuals
- Previous care experience preferred but not essential – full training provided
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including alternate weekends
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for care
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential
