As Digital Systems & Improvement Officer, you will work with managers, operational teams and Group colleagues to support our core business systems, including the Access suite of products and Power BI. You will help improve data quality, identify more efficient ways of working, support system changes and implementations, and provide practical training to system users. You will also help us explore appropriate uses of automation and artificial intelligence. This is not a traditional IT support role. We are looking for someone who can understand how people and processes work, spot opportunities for improvement and help turn those ideas into practical changes.
You may currently be a system super-user, care coordinator, administrator, recruiter, project officer, implementation coordinator or junior business systems professional. Experience in social care would be helpful but is not essential. What matters most is that you are highly confident with technology, organised, able to solve problems and interested in improving how systems are used.
You will need to:
- Be confident learning and using different systems
- Be able to understand and improve operational processes
- Communicate effectively with managers, system users and technical colleagues
- Provide practical training and support
- Have strong attention to detail and an interest in data quality
- Be organised and able to coordinate several workstreams
- Be interested in AI, automation and digital innovation
- Be willing to travel between company locations
The role can be based in either the Midlands or North West. You will be expected to work from one of our offices for a minimum of three days each week, with travel to other locations when required. This is an opportunity to move into a dedicated digital improvement role and help shape how technology is used across a growing care organisation.
Benefits of Working With Us:
- Inclusive Pay Package: Competitive salary - £30,000 ensuring you are compensated fairly for your hard work
- Fast-tracked job offer system
- Continued Support and Career Development

- And most importantly, the chance to make a real difference every day
