We have a new opportunity to work as a Rapid Response Care Worker. For this role you must be a driver with a full, clean driving license and access to your own vehicle. We are currently offering a welcome bonus of £250 for drivers who are successful and start with the company.
As a Rapid Response Care Worker, you will be covering the Chester/Ellesmere Port/Neston & Malpas area. The successful candidate will be required to attend calls on a last-minute basis due to sickness or urgent referrals. You will be responsible for providing short-term care to help get customers back on their feet on their return home from hospital. It helps customers to rebuild their confidence in day-to-day tasks and allows them to return to a normal independent life. A smile is essential that will make each Service User’s face light up when they welcome you at the door and a good ear to listen to some fascinating life stories.
As a driver, you will also receive a pay enhancement to help with those additional costs. You will be providing personal care and assisting with personal hygiene and dressing to get them ready for the day ahead. As each day is varied, you’ll need to think on your feet, as you fill in for the regular teams, delivering the same high standard of care. You don’t have to be an excellent cook but being able to make a good cuppa is essential. We have a variety of shifts available, including morning shifts, full days and afternoons & evenings. If you let us know your availability, we’ll see what we can do. We provide support to our clients 7 days a week, so alternate weekend working is something we require.
