About the Role
As a Rapid Responder, you’ll be a key problem-solver and frontline support for our care services—stepping in at short notice to ensure our clients receive safe, consistent, and high-quality care. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role suited to someone who is flexible, confident, and dedicated to delivering exceptional care.
- Providing urgent and emergency care cover for domiciliary care calls
- Supporting service users with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks
- Responding to last-minute staffing gaps or welfare concerns
- Ensuring care plans are followed and high standards are maintained
- Communicating effectively with the care team, office staff, and families
- Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in domiciliary care or a similar care setting
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Flexibility to work across varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for delivering person‑centred care
