Overview

Female Support Worker — £15.50 per hour.

Shift Patterns: Saturday 8am-12pm | Flexibility to cover leave.

Hours: Part Time.

You will be supporting a lady in her 20s who lives at home with her parents and their dog. She requires full support with her daily living needs to ensure her health, safety and wellbeing are maintained at all times. She enjoys spending time with her family and likes getting out and about in the local community for afternoons out. This is a rewarding opportunity to support someone to live as independently as possible while respecting their routine and choices.

About the Role

  • Providing support with daily routines and activities
  • Supporting with cooking, household tasks, and light admin
  • Supporting appointments, outings, and social activities
  • Encouraging engagement in interests and hobbies

About You

  • Eligibility to Work in the UK: You must be eligible to work in the UK. Home Care Direct does not offer sponsorship or work visas.
  • Friendly, patient, and well organised
  • Care experience Essential
  • Non-Smoker
  • Good Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Epilepsy and Learning Disabilities Desirable
  • Committed to providing safe, respectful, and consistent support
