Female Support Worker £14.40 per hour Location: BN2 - Brighton Hours: 20 hrs per week
Shift Pattern: Wednesday – 9am-5pm; Thursday – 7pm-7am

Our client is a warm and friendly young man with a passion for history, especially anything to do with Vikings. He enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring the countryside, and visiting museums where he can learn and engage with his interests.
He has epilepsy, autism, and learning disabilities, and benefits from consistent support with daily living. He thrives with someone who is patient, understanding, and able to provide reassurance while encouraging his interests and independence.
About the Role
- Providing dedicated 1:1 support at home and in the community
- Supporting with daily routines and promoting independence
- Assisting with safety and wellbeing, including epilepsy awareness
- Encouraging and supporting trips to museums and outdoor activities
- Building a positive, calm and engaging environment
- Offering companionship and emotional support throughout the day
About You
- Eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Calm, patient and reliable with good communication skills
- Organised and confident supporting someone at home and in the community
- Comfortable around dogs
- Full UK Driving Licence – Desirable
- Epilepsy awareness desirable
