Homecare Service Centre is a well-established, independently owned business with over 38 years of trusted service. Operating from our head office in Liverpool and our base in Lincoln, we specialise in vacuum repairs, white goods repairs, boiler servicing, oven cleaning, and appliance care plans. We pride ourselves on long-term customer relationships and helping households protect and maintain their appliances through preventative servicing and care plans.
We are now expanding our team and looking for a motivated Service & Appliance Advisor to service small appliances in our existing customers' homes.
The Role
You will be visiting existing Homecare customers to service and maintain small appliances (primarily vacuum cleaners and related household appliances), while identifying opportunities to:
- Upgrade customers onto appliance care plans
- Add additional appliances to existing plans
- Recommend parts, accessories, and product upgrades
- Advise customers on preventative maintenance
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working face-to-face with customers and wants to maximise their earnings through performance.
