Are you an experienced Social Care Supervisor, Team Leader, Senior Support Worker or wanting to take that next step for your progression within Healthcare? We are looking for someone who can lead by example and set high standards for our workforce & the services that we deliver in the community. This diverse role includes mentoring & supporting your team and delivering care & support to our Service Users. This role reports directly to the Local Manager in our Forres office.

Responsibilities

  • Effective Time Management: ability to manage diaries, rotas and day to day administration requirements
  • Team Work and Adaptability: working closely with Local Manager and staff teams, delivering quality support and service. Flexibility to cover additional tasks in line with business need.
  • Supervisions and Spot checks. Ensuring Care Plans are reviewed and risk assessed as required with clear communication to care teams.
  • On Call Requirements: both weekdays and weekends as per rota

Schedule

  • Working 5 days out of 7, including rotational weekends (Pro-rata for Part Time candidates)
  • Full time 40 hour contract or part time 20 hour contract

Experience

  • One year experience as a Social Care Supervisor or Team Leader (desirable)
  • Two years experience in the care at home sector (desirable)
  • SVQ 3, or are working towards qualification (desirable)
  • Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle (essential)
