Job Title: Care Assistant

Reporting To: Care Coordinator / Registered Manager
Job Summary:
As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes or care settings, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and a good quality of life.
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support clients with mobility and transfers
- Administer or prompt medication as required
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding where necessary
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with daily living tasks such as shopping, cleaning, and laundry
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or wellbeing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records

- Minimum 6 months care experience (preferred)
- Right to work in the UK
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
