Homecare Gurus Ltd is looking for compassionate, reliable and professional Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our growing team supporting clients in their own homes. This is a rewarding community-based role where you will help people maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing through high-quality person-centred care.
What you'll do:
- Provide personal care and practical support in clients' homes
- Assist with washing, dressing, toileting, meals and medication
- Promote independence, dignity and choice
- Complete care notes and report any changes or concerns
- Travel between client visits in the local area
What we're looking for:
- Caring, dependable and professional individuals
- Good communication and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work independently in the community
- Previous care experience is preferred
- Driver with access to a vehicle is preferred
What we offer:
- £14.50 to £21.80 per hour
- Holiday pay at the prevailing rate
- £0.45 per mile between clients
