Job Title Care Assistant / Support Worker Role Overview We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Care Assistants and Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals in care homes and community settings. Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred care while promoting dignity, privacy and independence. Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting and continence care. Support with mobility, transfers and use of moving and handling equipment. Assist with meals and drinks and promote good nutrition and hydration. Support with medication where appropriately trained and authorised. Provide companionship and emotional support. Support individuals with dementia, physical disabilities, learning disabilities and other care needs. Encourage participation in activities and community engagement.
