Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Support clients with mobility and transfers Administer or prompt medication as required Prepare meals and assist with feeding where necessary Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with daily living tasks such as shopping, cleaning, and laundry Monitor and report any changes in clients health or wellbeing Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records About The Role Requirements Minimum 6 months care experience (preferred) Right to work in the UK Good communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and reliable Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills
