About The Role Key Responsibilities Provide practical and emotional support to individuals according to their individual support plans Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility where required Support individuals with daily living activities, including meal preparation, shopping, cleaning, and household tasks.
