Key responsibilities include: - Leading and managing the homecare service - Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation - Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, quality and person-centred care - Recruiting, supporting and developing care staff - Managing care plans, risk assessments and quality assurance - Building strong relationships with clients, families and carerworkers - Driving continuous improvement across the service Flexible Working We offer some flexibility for remote working, depending on operational requirements. However, the role requires flexibility to attend the office, visit clients and support the team when needed.
