Are you looking for a rewarding role with consistent hours and a planned rota? Healthcare First is seeking dedicated Female Complex Care Support Workers to work either day shifts or waking night shifts supporting a young woman with complex health needs in her own home and within the community. This is a 2:1 package of care, offering regular hours, continuity of care, and the opportunity to make a genuine difference in someone's life.
About the Role
You will support a vibrant young woman with learning disabilities, epilepsy, PEG feeding requirements, mobility needs, and personal care needs. She enjoys music, sensory activities, community outings, and spending time with those who know and support her well.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality, person-centred support in the client's home and community
- Supporting with personal care, nutrition, hydration, and PEG feeding
- Monitoring and responding appropriately to seizures and health needs
- Supporting mobility, daily living activities, and community engagement
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Following care plans, risk assessments, and clinical guidance
- Escalating any concerns promptly to the clinical and management team
- Building positive relationships with the client, family members, and multidisciplinary professionals
Essential Requirements
- Caring, reliable, and person-centred approach
- Right to work in the UK
- Previous care experience desirable
