Shift Pattern: Starting Monday at 2pm – finishing the following Monday at 2pm

Hours:Average 42 hours per week

Driver Essential (Full Clean UK Driving Licence)

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Female Support Worker, Personal Assistant (PA), or Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to provide high-quality, person-centred support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about empowering individuals, promoting independence, and helping someone live with comfort, dignity, and confidence.

Meet Our Client

Our client is looking for an active individual who enjoys social interaction. He is a gentleman in his adult years, and he lives in his own home with his wife and two teenage children. He requires support with daily living as he suffered a spinal injury several years ago. He enjoys socialising, watching TV, visiting coffee shops, lunch out, and going for drives in his car.

The ideal candidate would have similar interests as our client enjoys having things in common to talk about with his staff team.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support someone to live as independently as possible while respecting their routine and choices.

About the Role

· Daily living activities

· Meal preparation

· Bowel care, Catheter care & Medication administration.

· Personal care

· Safely accessing the community

· Moving & handling with HOIST

· Support with physio and rehabilitation.

About You

· Eligibility to Work in the UK: You must be eligible to work in the UK. Home Care Direct does not offer sponsorship or work visas

· Friendly, patient, and well organised

· Care experience Essential

· Non-Smoker Preferred

· Committed to providing safe, respectful, and consistent support

· Full Clean UK Driving Licence
