The Role
As a Personal Care Assistant, you’ll be part of our client’s dedicated support team, providing essential care in their home. You’ll be employed by HomeCareDirect but will focus solely on supporting this client. This role is for 24 hours per week, working flexible shifts Monday-Sunday to suit the needs of the client. Flexibility is required.
About the Client & Your Responsibilities
Our client is a woman in her 40s who lives with her parents and sister. She is looking for a Personal Assistant to help her with daily tasks and to enable her to live a fulfilling and enjoyable life. She has learning disabilities and epilepsy, so requires assistance to ensure her safety and wellbeing. She enjoys spending time in the community, which includes going out for drives, visiting local parks, and exploring nearby shops. She also enjoys an annual family holiday; during this time, support staff are not required to accompany her and may be requested to take annual leave.
