Essential Requirements
- Enhanced DBS disclosure (expense covered)
- Commitment to long‑term care for one client in a person‑centred way
- Willingness to be trained to CQC standards

- Reliability, non‑judgemental, caring, responsible, compassionate
- Commitment to confidentiality and treating client with dignity and respect
- Over 25 years of age to qualify for minibus driving
- Valid driver licence for minibus
- Experience with autism and challenging behaviour
