Pay Rate: £14.21-£14.71 per hour

Hours: 40hrs per week

Shift Patterns:

  • Wednesday 6am-11am & 5pm-10pm
  • Friday 9am-6pm
  • Saturday 9am-6pm
  • Sunday 9am-6pm

You will be supporting a man with a neurological condition that affects his mobility and independence, leaving him fully physically dependent on others. He is friendly, chatty, and well-travelled, with a great sense of humour and an easy-going nature, and he values clear communication and positive relationships. He often responds well to a calm and engaging approach. He takes pride in a clean, organised home environment and enjoys spending time with visiting dogs, which brings him a lot of happiness. Due to the complexity of his needs, a consistent, attentive and person-centred approach is essential to support his comfort, dignity and overall wellbeing.

About the Role

  • Providing 1:1 support with all aspects of daily living
  • Supporting with full personal care needs
  • Assisting with mobility and assistance
