£14.00 - £14.50/hr Part Time - 16hrs per week (flexibility Required - Must be able to work split shifts)

Weekdays - 9am-3pm & 8pm-10pm

Weekend - 9am-12pm & 8pm-10pm

Meet Our Client: Our client is a gentleman in his 50s who lives at home with his wife and two children. We are looking for a proactive, motivated Support Worker with strong values and a genuine passion for helping others live life to the fullest. You will play an important role in supporting his independence, personal development and overall wellbeing.

  • Master of Laughter: Great sense of humour, loves cracking jokes, and keeping spirits high
  • Entertainment Enthusiast: Music lover with an Alexa to control gadgets and playlists
  • Adventurer: Holidays are a must! Cruises with family, trips to Centre Parcs, and theatre visits in London
  • Social Dynamo: Always happy to chat, engage, and enjoy time with visitors

About the Role:

  • Encouraging confidence, independence, and engagement in daily activities
  • Accompanying him to appointments and social outings
  • Moving and handling using a hoist
  • Supporting with catheter care and maintaining his hydrotherapy pool
  • Assisting with personal care and meal preparation
  • Administering medication

About You:

  • A full UK driving licence (must be 21+ for insurance purposes)
  • Previous care experience preferred but not essential
  • Must be comfortable working around dogs, with no allergies
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a friendly, upbeat attitude
