Driver Essential (Full clean UK licence, 21+ for insurance purposes)
Shift Patterns: Monday to Sunday, flexibility required. This role includes working regular weekends as part of the rota. Days and shifts will be discussed and agreed with the client, with advance planning wherever possible. Two consecutive days off during the week can be accommodated.

Meet Our Client: You will be supporting a woman in her 40s who lives at home with her family. She is looking for support to help her live a fulfilling and enjoyable life while staying safe and independent. She has learning disabilities and epilepsy, so requires consistent support with her wellbeing and daily routines. She enjoys spending time in the community, including going out for drives, visiting local parks and exploring local shops. She also enjoys an annual family holiday with her relatives.
About the Role:
- Providing 1:1 support with daily routines and activities
- Personal care support
- Supporting with medication administration
- Seizure awareness and support in line with care plan
- Supporting community access, including drives, parks and shopping trips
- Encouraging independence and engagement in activities
- Promoting safety, wellbeing and consistency of care
About You:
- Full clean UK driving licence (21+ required for insurance purposes)
- Eligibility to Work in the UK: You must be eligible to work in the UK. Home Care Direct does not offer sponsorship or work visas
- Calm, observant and responsive
- Care experience preferred
- Committed to providing safe, respectful and consistent support
- Knowledge of epilepsy and learning disabilities is desirable
