We are seeking a Support Worker, Personal Assistant (PA), orHealth Care Assistant (HCA) who brings kindness, empathy, and a sense of fun totheir work.This is a rewarding 1:1 role supporting an individual withcomplex needs to live safely, confidently, and as independently as possiblewithin their own home and community.

Meet Our Client

The client requires support with personal care, mobility, daily livingactivities, and maintaining safety within the home. He has Down syndrome,high-functioning autism, a learning disability, and several complex healthconditions that impact his day-to-day life, including mobility difficulties andan increased risk of falls.

He benefits from consistent support, reassurance, and routine, aschanges can increase anxiety and affect his wellbeing. Building trust isimportant, as he may initially find it difficult to accept support fromunfamiliar carers.

The client enjoys an active and fulfilling lifestyle and has a range ofinterests, including basketball, WWE, gaming, photography, scrapbooking, andcollecting Marvel memorabilia. He also enjoys attending local communityactivities, car boot sales, and spending time outdoors.

This role requires a patient, reliable, and person-centred supportworker who can promote independence, ensure safety, and support the client tocontinue enjoying the activities that are important to him.

  • Providing1:1 support with daily routines and activities
