We’re looking for a Support Worker to join our team supporting a vibrant young man in his early 30s with cerebral palsy. He’s full of energy, creativity, and a zest for life!

About the Role:

  • Supporting adventures, outings & fun community activities
  • Delivering person centred 2:1 support
  • Medication administration
  • Moving & handling
  • Gastrostomy & personal care
  • General admin & household tasks

About You:

  • A full UK driving licence (essential for day shifts - 21+ for insurance purposes)
  • Previous care experience essential
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a friendly, upbeat attitude
  • A passion for making a real difference
