We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker who is compassionate, dependable, and brings a positive attitude to their role. This is a 1:1 position supporting an individual with health needs to remain safe, comfortable, and supported within their own home.
Meet Our Client
You will be working with a gentleman who has memory difficulties and epilepsy following a brain injury. He has retained his sense of humour and enjoys comedy, sitcoms, music, and football. He benefits from calm, patient support, particularly with prompts and reminders to help him manage everyday tasks and maintain his independence. Building trust and providing consistent reassurance will be key to helping him feel supported and confident in his daily routine.
About the Role
- Delivering personalised 1:1 support throughout the day
- Assisting with mobility and general day to day needs
- Supporting with health routines, including epilepsy awareness and management
- Helping to maintain a clean and well organised living environment
- Offering companionship and meaningful interaction
