Location: Moreton, Merseyside

Hours: 26 hours (Days and Nights, 1 x 12 hour shift and 1 x 14 hour shift)

Pay:

  • Weekdays 8am-10pm £13.00
  • Weekdays W/N 8pm-8am £13.50
  • Weekends 8am-10pm £13.50
  • Weekends W/N 8pm-8am £14.00

Our Client is a man in his late 30’s, lives in his own home. He requires support with daily tasks to lead a fulfilling and enjoyable life. He has autism and learning disabilities, which require assistance to ensure his safety. He loves going out into the community and on beach days. Our client goes on holiday twice a year and he likes to take his PA team with him for support.

You will be trained to CQC standards to meet the needs of the client.

Essential Requirements:

  • An enhanced DBS disclosure is required for this vacancy (expense to be met by HomeCareDirect)
  • Prepared to commit to long term care for one client in a 'person-centred' way
  • Willing to be trained to CQC standards to meet the client's needs
  • Respect Company policies and procedures
  • Be reliable, non-judgemental, caring, responsible, and compassionate
  • Committed to confidentiality and to treat the client with dignity and respect
  • Over age 25 to enable driving status of the minibus
  • Drivers Required
  • PA to enjoy being outside and getting our client out in the community
  • Previous experience with autism and challenging behaviour required
