We are currently recruiting for two positions:
- Position 1 – Part Time
12 hours per week
Must be flexible to work both days and nights
Shift patterns:
Days: 8:00am – 8:00pm
Nights: 8:00pm – 8:00am - Position 2 – Waking Nights
36 hours per week
Waking night shifts only

About You
- Full clean UK driving licence (21+ required for insurance purposes)
- Eligibility to work in the UK: You must be eligible to work in the UK. Home Care Direct does not offer sponsorship or work visas
- Friendly, patient, and well organised
- Experienced with epilepsy and challenging behaviour
- Clear and confident in spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with the person being supported and the wider team
- Care experience preferred
- Committed to providing safe, respectful, and consistent support
